My daughter has a severe wheat allergy and we have found it's just easier to have her follow a gluten-free diet. Most of our recipes are family recipes I have modified to make them gluten-free and all of them have past the test of a very discriminating palate, my daughter. If she doesn't like it, she won't eat it. We don't use fancy ingredients we can't pronounce or ones that aren't easy to find. We also try to keep the ingredients to a minimum and some have no flour at all. I will be adding recipes often so keep checking back for new ones.
